A veteran of Narada Michael Walden's smash factory, Tarpan Studios, Louis left his mark on No. 1 hits by Elton John (“ True Love” ), Whitney Houston ( “I'm Every Woman,” “All the Man That I Need” ), Mariah Carey (“ Love Takes Time,” “I Don't Wanna Cry” ), Tevin Campbell ( “Tell Me What You Want Me to Do” ), Shanice ( “I Love Your Smile” ), and Lisa Fischer ( “How Can I Ease the Pain,” “Save Me” ). Other credits include his work with legends such as Barbara Streisand , Aretha Franklin , the O'Jays , Teddy Pendergrass , and Al Jarreau (the Grammy-winning “Heaven and Earth” ).

Sam Watters is a 33 year old producer / songwriter who has been working in the music business for 15 years. He has written 7 #1 hits, transcending boundaries and spanning multiple formats including Domestic Pop, R&B, and International. His songs have topped the charts in as many as 19 countries.

Sam grew up in Oklahoma City and started singing with his best friends in High School. They formed a group named Color Me Badd and moved to New York City in 1989 to pursue their dream of becoming a successful recording act. That dream was realized in 1991 as Color Me Badd's debut album C.M.B. sold over 6 Million copies worldwide containing the #1 hits "I Wanna Sex You Up," "All 4 Love," and "I Adore Mi Amor." all of which Sam co-wrote.

Sam and Louis met while Color Me Badd was working with Narada Michael Walden on their third album “Now And Forever” in 1996.

As Louis explains, “We just have a great chemistry together. Our talents seem to blend and really complement each other in perfect harmony.”

"This is what we love to do and we have no plans to stop,” says Sam. “We consider it an honor and a thrill to have been able to work with such talented and interesting people. The key for us is to be able to write hit songs with artistic integrity. It's all about working together with the artist and record company to capture that balance. When it's achieved, the feeling is incredible."
